Dear Sir,

This is a wrong concept and thinking about Brahminsm and Hinduism.

The whole concept as per understanding is wrong becuase these 2 words does not mean the religion at all.

In reality, our religion is known as SANATANA DHRAM  while the word Brahminism represents one of the Caste and the reason it is understood to be  religion becuase those who are born in this caste are mainly the preist who does all the ceremonies.

Hinduism or Hindu is actually a culture and a way of living of those ARAYANS who migrated from the Hindukush Mountain range ( now in Afganistan) and these people mainly practice SANATADHRAM .Hence, it became the concept and the name of the religion followed by these people.

Regarding of too many Deities in the Hindu ( Sanatana Dhram ) religion, if you study properly you will find that most the Gods represent the natures such all all the Nine Planest are worshipped including

Gods which represent all the seasons and even the Sacred River Ganga is worshipped to thank her for giving life becuase no human beings can survive without water.

I hope this will help clarify some misunderstanding about one of the oldest religion on the earth.

Thankyou

Ajay Pawa
